Every participant who finishes the Game Day Run or Walk will be entered into a raffle to win a pair of OSU FOOTBALL TICKETS.

  • Get psyched up for your race with a pep talk from a secret GUEST!
  • Paved course through beautiful Glacier Ridge, central Ohio's newest Metro Park.

  • Stick around for a complimentary post-race breakfast catered by Der Dutchman.
  • Cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K.
  • Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following age divisions in the 5K: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
  • Recruit your friends or co-workers for the Game Day 5K Team Challenge! We'll be awarding trophies to the top foursomes in three categories (all-male, all-female, and co-ed).

Show your colors!
Sport the colors of your favorite team. Be creative and come in costume! We'll be awarding prizes for the entrants showing the most team spirit!

Getting to Glacier Ridge Metro Park

From Marysville and points north Take 33 East to the 161/Plain City-Post Road exit. Turn left at the end of the ramp, go under the bridge and through the light. Then immediately left on Hyland-Croy Road. The park's main entrance is three miles north, on the left, at the roundabout, opposite Glacier Ridge Elementary School.

From Columbus and points south Take I-270 toward Dublin. Take 33/161 west (exit 17B) toward Marysville. Follow 33/161 west to the 161/Plain City/Post Road exit. Turn right at the light and then immediately left on Hyland-Croy Road. The park's main entrance is three miles north, on the left, at the roundabout, opposite Glacier Ridge Elementary School.

Waiver and Release

I agree that if I participate in this physical activity, program, or event (the "Event") or use any Event facility or Event premises, I do so at my own risk. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in the Event and using Event facilities or premises and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to me or my property that might result, including without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property. I hereby consent to medical treatment in the vent of injury, accident and/or illness during the Event. I agree on behalf of myself (and my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge the United Way of Union County, Premier Sports, Glacier Ridge Metro Park, and all Event sponsors from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of their negligence. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By my signature below, I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against United Way of Union County, Premier Sports, Glacier Ridge Metro Park, and all Event sponsors for their negligence.

I agree to the terms of this waiver and release and will provide a signed copy prior to the Event.
