The Speech Department of Memorial Hospital of Union County exists to provide both habilitation
and rehabilitation of people with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. Maybe it’s a child
who isn’t talking or a spouse having trouble speaking after a stroke. Maybe a friend needs help selecting a hearing
aid. The professional staff include speech/language pathologists and audiologists who work with clients who may
have communications disorders. From children born with developmental disabilities to a person recovering from a
stroke, Speech, Language, and Hearing is here to help.
