What it does:
Works for victory over mental illness. It advocates for the promotion of mental health, provides prevention
programs in the community, increases awareness of mental illness through educational services, supports improved
care and treatment of persons with mental illness, and encourages improved methods of research, prevention, detection,
diagnosis, and treatment of mental illnesses. Conducts a weekly Adult Depression Support Group which meets
each Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Consolidated Care (715 S. Plum St.) in Marysville. These
sessions are free to the public. Often performs free depression and anxiety screenings at area shopping
centers and facilities. Conducts the Red Flags adolescent depression program for area middle schools.

- Presents to about 80 different community groups each year to educate and increase awareness
