What it does:
A monthly meeting of all area social service providers, it promotes inter-agency relationships
and an understanding of existing community resources and facilities. Helps to prevent duplication of services
by allowing all area social service agencies to coordinate services and introduce new ideas to meet the needs of
the community.
Fast Facts:
- Monthly meetings include guest speakers who do presentations about their agencies.
- New web-based directory available at www.unioncountycsa.org includes searchable community resources beyond
United Way Member Agencies.
- Meets the last Thursday of every month at 11:00 a.m., location TBD. (No meetings in July
or November. December meeting is held the first Thursday of the month.) Meetings are open to to community members,
agency employees and government officials who are concerned with the betterment of Union County, Ohio.
